Prices for apartments and cabins can be found in the description of the individual unit.
Included in the Price:
- Electricity
- Water
- Internet
- TV
- Private freezer
- Use of washing machines
- Facility for drying fishing gear
- Use of outdoor area with grill and grill hut
- Smoking area
Please note that the price does not include additional costs for bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and gasoline.
Booking Terms:
- Binding Agreement: Once an apartment or cabin is reserved or booked, it becomes a binding agreement between both parties.
- Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking up to three months before the start of their stay without penalty. For cancellations between three months and four weeks prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations within four weeks of arrival, the full booking amount is due.
- Boat Usage: If a boat is rented, it is available for the duration of your stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning and refueling the boat the evening before departure. No compensation is provided for unused boat time due to weather or other reasons.
Obligations:
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, including the rented premises, furniture, boats, boat motors, tools, appliances, etc.
- Boat Damage: A separate fee of 10,000 NOK per boat applies for any damage to or caused by the boat.
